curated especially for the air canada signature suite by our managing director. this drink embraced and emphasized the canadian roots and theme of the space that was opening, and was well-loved by the guests. introduced as a seasonal treat, it remained on the menu more than four times as long as it was supposed to be and is continuously ordered by regular guests long after it retired from the menu. this drink was also featured in the globe and mail, on the movernie on the move blog page, and in the airline reporter.
