a twist of lemon is a cocktail consulting business based in the gta. for the last five years, we have been curating cocktails for various restaurants around the gta as we gained the experience to allow ourselves to become experts in the field. 

Our cocktails have been featured in the Globe and Mail, and on blogs across North America, and now we want to bring our high standards and beautiful, quality cocktails to your event, venue, or restaurant!

while many other consultants may aim to elevate your beverage program through new takes on old ideas, we have spent the last five years perfecting the art of curating drinks based on demand. we do not create your beverages based on  pre-existing cocktails, but rather, we look at the ingredients, seasonal offerings, clientele, and spirit preferences to give you a fresh, diverse, and intuitive selection that will satisfy the palates of your desired demographic.
